These terms apply when you use organikbyhnu.com and when you buy products from OrganiK by H&U. By placing an order you agree to them. Please read them together with our shipping and delivery policy, returns and refunds policy and privacy policy.

About us

OrganiK by H&U sells herbal products online to customers in Pakistan. You can reach us using the details at the end of this page.

Products

  • We make our products in small batches from natural ingredients. Because of this, colour, texture and aroma may vary slightly from batch to batch and from the photos on our website.
  • Product photos are for illustration. Packaging may change from time to time.
  • Our products are traditional herbal preparations, not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and the information on this website is not medical advice.
  • Please read the label before use. If you have a medical condition, allergies, are pregnant or breastfeeding, are giving a product to a child, or take regular medication, speak to your doctor first. Stop using a product if it causes any unwanted reaction.
  • Store products as shown on the label and use them before the best-before date.

Prices and payment

  • All prices are in Pakistani Rupees and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Delivery costs Rs. 250 per order, anywhere in Pakistan. Orders of Rs. 5,000 or more are delivered free.
  • We accept Cash on Delivery and Bank Transfer.
  • We try hard to keep prices and stock information correct. If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price or is out of stock, we will contact you before dispatch and you can choose to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Orders

  • When you place an order you receive an order number. This confirms that we have received your order. It is not yet an acceptance.
  • Your order is accepted when we confirm it with you by phone or WhatsApp and dispatch it.
  • We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, the address can't be reached by our couriers, we can't contact you to confirm, or we suspect a fake or abusive order. If you paid in advance, we refund you in full.
  • Please make sure your name, phone number and address are correct. We aren't responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect details.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and are explained in our shipping and delivery policy. Ownership and risk pass to you when the parcel is delivered to your address.

Returns and refunds

Our returns and refunds policy explains when and how you can return a product or get a refund. Nothing in these terms affects your rights under Pakistani consumer protection law.

Using our website

  • You may use this website for personal, non-commercial shopping.
  • You must not misuse the website, for example by placing fake orders, trying to break its security, or copying its content, photos or design for commercial use without our written permission.
  • All text, photos, logos and designs on this website belong to OrganiK by H&U unless stated otherwise.

Liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, except where the law doesn't allow us to limit it. We aren't responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
