This privacy policy explains what personal information OrganiK by H&U collects when you visit organikbyhnu.com or place an order, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and plain because we collect only what we need to deliver your order.

Information we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, mobile number, delivery address and city, and, if you choose to give it, your email address and order notes. We also record what you ordered, the amount and the payment method you chose.

When you use the contact form we collect your name, the phone number or email you give us, and your message.

When you track an order we use your order number and phone number only to look up the order. We don't store these searches.

Technical information. Like most websites, our server keeps basic logs (such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested) for security and to fix problems. We use your IP address to limit repeated orders or messages from the same connection, which protects us and our customers from abuse.

We don't collect card numbers. We don't take card payments on this website.

How we use your information

  • to confirm, pack and deliver your order and collect payment;
  • to contact you about your order by phone, WhatsApp, SMS or email;
  • to handle returns, refunds and complaints;
  • to answer your messages;
  • to keep our records and meet tax and legal requirements;
  • to protect the website against fraud and misuse.

We don't send marketing messages unless you have asked us to. If you do receive one and don't want more, tell us and we will stop.

Who we share it with

We share your name, phone number and delivery address with the courier company delivering your order, because they need them to deliver it. Our website runs on a hosting server that stores the data securely. We don't sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone, and we don't share it with advertisers.

We may disclose information if the law requires it, for example to respond to a valid request from a government authority.

Cookies and storage on your device

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. To make the shop work, your browser stores your cart and the delivery details you entered at checkout on your own device, so they are ready next time. You can clear them at any time by clearing your browser's site data. Our admin area uses one essential login cookie for staff only.

Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers to download them. Google's own privacy policy applies to that connection.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need them for delivery, returns, accounting and legal purposes, normally up to 5 years. Contact form messages are kept for up to 1 year. Server logs are kept for a short period and then deleted.

Keeping it safe

Our website uses HTTPS encryption. Access to order information is limited to the people who run OrganiK by H&U, protected by passwords. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it where we no longer need to keep it. Contact us with your name and the phone number you used, and we will respond within 14 days.

Children

Our website is not intended for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date shown on it.
