About Us

OrganiK by H&U began with a simple idea: the herbal remedies and home recipes our families have trusted for generations deserve to be made with the same care today. Many of us grew up with a grandmother's jar of phakki on the kitchen shelf, a bottle of home-made hair oil in the bathroom, and the habit of reaching for something natural first. We wanted to bring that habit back, made properly, packed cleanly, and delivered to your door.

What we make

We make herbal products in small batches. Every product starts with ingredients we can name and recognise: seeds, roots, leaves, spices and oils that have been used in South Asian homes for a very long time. We grind, blend and pack them ourselves, which means we know exactly what goes into each jar and what doesn't.

Our range starts with Herbal Phakki, a traditional herbal blend, and grows as we perfect each new recipe. We would rather offer a short list of products we are proud of than a long list we can't stand behind.

How we work

  • Small batches. We prepare products in limited quantities so that what reaches you is fresh, not something that has been sitting in a warehouse for months.
  • Simple ingredients. We use natural ingredients and keep recipes close to the traditional versions. We don't add artificial colours or fragrances to make a product look or smell different from what it is.
  • Clean packing. Products are packed in sealed jars and bottles with clear labels, so you know what you are buying and how to store it.
  • Honest descriptions. We describe our products for what they are: traditional herbal preparations. We don't make medical claims, and we encourage you to speak to your doctor if you have a health condition, are pregnant, or take regular medication.

Who we are

We are a small, independent business. When you message us you talk to the people who make and pack your order, not a call centre. We read every message, and your feedback shapes what we make next.

Ordering from us

You can order directly on this website and pay with cash on delivery, or message us on WhatsApp at 03030341234 and we will take your order there. We deliver across Pakistan. Delivery costs Rs. 250 per order, anywhere in Pakistan. Orders of Rs. 5,000 or more are delivered free.

Every order is confirmed by phone or WhatsApp before it is dispatched, so you can change or cancel it before it leaves us. If anything arrives damaged or wrong, our returns and refunds policy explains how we put it right.
